It's not a factory piece, though. Has some weird buttresses on it. Might be homemade or an old mail-order unit. Shrug

there is a guy who lives sorta by me has a 87 trans am with a factory notchback, was looking at it today

Don't the factory notchbacks have those buttresses also? Confused I like the short cowl hood. Cool
