1004 is the usual .041 gasket. You're talking about this one Paul:

For some reason I thought 305's used a different head gasket than a 350 due to the smaller bore... But I guess that isn't the case?

Is it really? I thought they had some with smaller bore sizing to keep compression up a little bit?

Just got the heads out the machine shop, having them shaved .030". The machinist was worried about a couple things.. One being that with over .500 lift Im getting close to needing screw-in studs? What do you guys think?

The them milled for screw in studs. The GOOD kind with a flange. Should run about $100.

If you use the stud remover tool and tap the boss for non flanged screw ins you run the risk of breaking the stud boss, and they aren't nearly as accurate.

Alright, so Heads are at the machine shop getting the studs put in, they charged me $120 bucks plus $40 for the studs, so I think I did alright. The intake, TBI adapter, and springs got here, just waiting on the cam since it was a special order. Im stoked!

Yeah that just makes it a pain... maybe I could copy a bunch of the values or something? Or I never researched an ECM swap maybe I could do that.

it won't be too bad. You'll need to give it timing, and probably trim fuel at idle and down low, then add fuel in the upper tables. Once you get it running, just drive, and work on getting the BLM's close to 128, and WOT tuned to where you want it.

And make sure the camshaft dowel for the gear is tapped in far enough. Otherwise you'll wonder what that alien spaceship sound is until you pull the cam out in favor of the stock cam for DEQ purposes and find wear marks!
