so its a 93 ford exploder, and it seems like it has a loss of power, and when you get on the throttle the engine light sorta flickers and the oil pressure guage jumps way down and starts pinging up and down real fast. so im thinkin its a bad oil pressure sensor
also it has way to much tranny fluid, whoever checked it before must have checked it while it was cold and not running _________________

Oil pressure sensor isn't going to cause pinging. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Sounds like bad ground connection, corroded battery cables, bad alternator, something with a poor electrical connection. Especially if it kinda misses and runs bad at the same time as a flickery engine light and wacko gauges. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

90's Ford's tend to have crap battery connections. Always all corroded and crappy. |
