Are they AC powered Whats the deal with the extension cord?
And yes, those are really bright. Do you get alot of oncoming traffic highbeam taps? |

I have a block heater to keep the windows defrost. I was tired of the PIAA bulbs not projecting during a wet night. and I notice people use the gas pedal if i'm behind them. _________________

Which ones did you end up with? I've bought LEDs from them and like them a lot. I like the projector retrofit kit they have. I've been trying to talk myself into the Hella E-Code H4 and H1 housings available at Susquehanna MotorSports ( www.rallylights.com ). _________________ 92 Camaro

HID work very well with a cystal clear lense. But the focused beam make it brighter but i like the clean look of the cystal headlamps. make sure the lense are glass not plastic HIDs are hot. _________________

The switchback LEDs are neat, but I'm not sure how they would work through my tinted park lights. I like the way their V-Stars work in my brake & tail lights (also tinted), I suppose they'd work well up front too. |

Those look bright! What kind of beam pattern do they put out? I've been rocking HIDs for a bit. Love 'em. I know the freeform housing isn't quite as nice as a projector but I don't care because the step up is a LOT of work for a bird. Just got my HID foglights in the mail today. Not sure when I'll put those in. _________________

I know it could just be the camera but that looks like a lot of glare, do you have Casper shields on the bulbs? Oh and just FYI, HID's run cooler, not hotter. _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

yes i have the crome casper sheilds. the low beam is flood but has a straight horizonal drop off to keepon to oncoming traffic getting blinded Kinda like a the letter D laying on its side. the high beam freaking lights up everthing. Works awesome when its raining it still light up the road. unlike the PIAA H4 bulbs and the stock lamps can't really light up a wet road at night. _________________
