Not especially. That's getting close to LS1 territory. _________________

| I dunno, its a V6 and looks like it hit ever branch on its way down the ungly-tree. I gotta say, its not worth anything near that price. |

Overpriced (KBB books it at 3900 with that mileage and options).
Not a desirable drivetrain (veesix + slushbox = girl car).
Obviously been owned by a moron, so no clue what he crapped up, or tried to "fix".
That's three strikes bro.
At least your buddy is starting off in a RWD car. It's the only way to go. |

Years of experience have taught me that a f-body is not the way to go. If you want a car that will actually get any attention from chicks, think German or Italian, the bigger the pricetag, the better. Think Audi S car, AMG Mercs, or Lambo. . Or if your friend is into body hair, dread locks and patchouli, then just pick up a used Prius. |

Take her around the first corner in the Beemer. Her clothes will fly out the outside window. Problem solved.
I will agree with what John said, however. Women seem to view all Camaros as death traps for some odd reason. |

| That was awesome when he said that. But I would agree with him. BMW seems to have gone off in some odd tangent of auto electrical engineering. Too much techno babble in the new chassis. If they made a bypass harness that just made it drive I would buy one. But they dont. So I'll stick at most to the E46 and E39. |

| I dunno, it may be ugly as sin, and crippled by electonics, and i-drive...but I would do very bad things with an E60. I would just put a paper-bag over my face first, so no one knew it was me. |

I still would LOVE to get my hands on an E90, E60, or cadillac CTS that had destroyed interior or maybe damage that was cosmetically cover upable so I could have a gutted autocross race vehicle |
