ok so my friend has a 93 2500, she said she was driving it and went to put it in reverse and it just died and hasnt started since, tried to jump it and that didnt work, battery was tested and its good, i tested for spark and there is no spark... i swapped out ICM, distributor, and coil, (out of my spare parts) and still not starting, what else would cause this thing to have no spark?

a long shot:
VATS or
something associated with park/neutral start electrics around shifter base switchs, maybe something loosened up....

good luck

A known "good" part swapped in will only tell you if it works. It wont tell you if it doesn't work.
