For a 91 RS 305 5spd. I'm not made of money so hopefully this is all one (or more) man's junk . I am also open to bartering if anyone would prefer that. I know I can find a lot of this online but I figure if anyone local is in need of some cash and has extra parts we could both help eachother out. Thanks.
OEM:
-Straight hood (can be off z28, color doesn't matter as it's getting painted)
-Ash tray insert
-Dome light cover/diffuser thing
Aftermarket (if anyone has any of this laying around):
-Larger exhaust / louder muffler
-The conversion to get rid of these sealed headlights and HID's
-(Found)Custom fit sub box
-(Found)Something better than these crappy xplod speakers
I'll add more if I think of anything, thanks.

Paul (Twighlightoptics) may have one for sale, I haven't seen that he's sold it yet. It came out of my 92 and includes a pair of JL 10W6 woofers, but you'll need a 1-ohm stable amp to drive them the way they're wired. It won't fit past the battery disconnect switch he's installed by the license plate light. _________________ 92 Camaro

Thanks, Al. He messaged me and I replied, was wondering some of the specs and being that you seem to have assembled it maybe you'd know. I haven't modified anything in the hatch area, will it just slip right in or am I going to have to remove panels. I currently have a 12w6 that I dropped to 2ohms so I'm assuming you've paralleled all four voice coils to get it down to 1ohm, correct? Do you know if it's close to factory spec and tune? I'm interested in making this happen in the next week-ish so any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Adam |

It will slip right in. It fits across the ledges in the well, the lower part of the well is unused, so it's a shallow box when out of the car.
The woofers are dual 6 ohm wired parallel, gets the load down to 1.5 ohm (closest I could get them to 1 ohm). It'll be too much for a 2 ohm amp to handle, but you'll only get about 75% of a 1 ohm amp's capability (you'll see 750 watts of a 1000 watt amp). It is a ported box and IIRC, it's tuned to about 34 Hz. They sounded really good with the Memphis Belle amp I currently use.
This is what it looked like in my 92...

After I paint and setup the sound system I'll likely be looking into exhaust. If you still have it then, I'll send you a message. Thanks =) |

If you need a straight hood you can take mine once I buy the fiberglass one, I got it from a friend on tgo in az after some girl cut in front of me, ruined my stock one and my friend wasn't using it on his anymore, it was keyed but with a new paintjob it would be perfect _________________ If you expect a kick to the balls and get a slap to the face its still a victory

How much do you want for it? And when do you plan on getting the fiberglass hood? |

None, it was keyed by a pissed off vette owner, but you're going to take it down to bare metal anyway so you'll never notice that after you paint it _________________ If you expect a kick to the balls and get a slap to the face its still a victory

I've got a White flat RS/sport coupe hood for sale, but some some crewbie (forgot his name) from Roseburg, OR has dibs.
At current, no way to transport, and UPS is the only one who will transport and that's EXPEEENSIVE. _________________

If you guys want a hood and a muffler transported from Oregon I'm making the pilgrimage down to Mike's at some point to pick up some parts. I'd be willing to cut a sweet deal to haul any parts back up here to the Tacompton area. |
