The car is swedish or norwegian.. dont remember which.. and If I remember right it has the veyron beat. Set a record on the ring. I think thats a 540 buried under all that turbo.

Polly Motorsports '86 Trans Am. 1407 HP. Still the fastest and it is Norwegian. Wink

Top speed was 407 kph on a German test track. The original Veyron is supposed to do 408 kph but don't know if that is the tested speed or not.

It's a F3 Procharger on a 540 Donovan aluminum block. Polly said he had to limit the torque to 1000 ft-lbs for the ZF 6-speed (ZR1 version). With a more aggressive cam he got 150hp more.

Also the car weighs 4400 lbs and the bodywork is stock except for hood and lexan rear window. The 20" rear tires last 29 minutes at high speed and he's having problems with the wheels too.

The only reason he was at SEMA is because he won all 5 events of the 2010 silver state classic and the sponsor invited him. He will be back though because he still wants to beat the average speed record.

I got some grease on my hand from the car and had the thought of never washing my hand again! haha. Also I have more pics of the car if anyone cares.

It has a non-pop up headlight conversion and an opening in the front fascia to allow more air follow to the intercooler. Cool
