I had a bad wiper motor, or so I thought. Moved very very slow and sounded like some monsters under your bed.

Replaced the motor, delay didnt work. Replaced circuit board, delay was back. When motor was off, linkage seemed to move very freely.

However, my wipers still move slower then a turtle. Any suggestions?
