Havent found an easy way on the bumpers. I've just sanded them down. As for wet sanding i've been in using the no theory. Primer is supposed to be absorbent like a sponge, doesnt make too much sense to me to get it wet and then try to topcoat.
Most people don't realize the amount of work a paint job requires until they try one themselves. Then you realize those spendy quotes you got are probably not so bad. |

I understand NOW---
the primer, i was thinking the same thing, no water, but it loads the paper faster, so, longer to sand.
on the bumper i am just going to take my 7" sander to them, use a adhishive promoter and prime and paint, these will take as long has the rest of the car to prep. paint.
how about the door's, i am planning to remove them and prep and paint then reinstall, less bending over, all glass is removed etc... are these doors hard to align??
