So i found a 1987 C4 vette in the junkyard, it was a cash for clunker car,

it has tpi,350/aluminum heads, but they ran that glass solution through

it. Im wondering how much the front and rear brake calipers would be

worth, they are 12" rotors. anything important i should take off the donor

ca besides the calipers?

I paid $250 for the 13" HD front calipers/carriers/rotors from a Vette JY.

I would assume less than that for the regular C4 stuff.

So the calipers, are not the 88 and up, style, i guess they are single piston? but with a 12"rotor, would this still be worth buying? their askin 150 for all four calipers/brackets.

Doesn't sound like much of an upgrade.

The 12" rotor is a good thing, but for that money why not go with the dual piston LS1 setup?

I picked up a full LS1 rear setup for $90 off of craig's list. I put an ad in wanting them and in less than one day I had someone contact me with them. Give it a shot. Never know what fish you will catch there. Just have to put the bait out for someone to bite on.

Heck....also got a 3.70 ford 9" drop in for $50 from placing an ad Wink
