I want a duke. Very Happy

Laughing

Seriously though, I think it'd be a fun car to F-around with.

If you want a 4 banger then you should just get a Honda.

I saw that thing the other day. I was thinking of calling and offering him $300 for it. Laughing

I have seen some race cars with 2.5's in them. They claimed 1000hp on full alcohol. About the only thing "stock" was the block.

Wonder how well 2.5's do turboed?

I did a little research a few months ago on turbo-ing an iron duke and the general consensus was that the motor was designed to be just strong enough to survive it's 90hp and wouldn't live long at all with boost. Couldn't find anyone that actually tried it though... Seems kind of cost prohibitive.

There are alot of different variations on the Duke.

Some strong, some weak. Do some research big time.

By that I meant the 80's passenger car/small truck Duke. I know there are plenty of stronger, more expensive and harder to find options like the SD variations.

Just sayin' the cheap easy-to-find Dukes are bad for power.
