Alright, so this is a long shot, and I'm sure it's a big thing to ask, but I've looked and couldn't find anything.
I have an idea on what i want to do with my chevelle, i want to make it a darker blue, black hood, lower it a bit, and tuck the rim's in the wheel wells. hopefully no bigger than 18's.
I've seen other muscle' car's with similar looks, but haven't seen it done on a chevelle like mine.
here's a pic of it, I don't know if it will be useful or not, if you can do it for me and need more pics I'll take more and upload them to my photobucket for you. rim's are still open, have seen different style's that look good. _________________

It would be really really hard to make your picture look good and do everything you want in Photoshop.
But my mother daily drives almost the same '71 Chevelle and it's very nearly what you are looking for. The wheels are 17" Torque-Thrust II.
