Is that the Rep that got elected in the same district that elected Cynthia "Crazy Eyes, don't taze me" McKinney ??

I don't know, but a group of people who picked McKinney, then this guy, has either got some really sad choices on the ballet, if those two were the better choices... or they have, lets just say, problems.

(Yup, just checked. Yeah for the voters in Georgia's 4th district.)
