It has Michigan tags and title. what kind of problems would this present if any. _________________ 88 Camaro IrocZ Convertible 5.0 TPI...

As long as the title is signed, none. I bought my IROC from a dude who just shipped in from Virginia.
You will need to pass emissions if it's applicable at your address, and then take that and the title to the DMV and you'll be done. |

If it is a Michigan car, check the body along the wheel wells and rocker panels for rust spots. My old stomping grounds and they use lots of salt in the winter. _________________ 92 Camaro

Thanks for the heads up on the rust. it looked good from the outside but underneath it was a nightmare. _________________ 88 Camaro IrocZ Convertible 5.0 TPI...

My first car (72 Chevelle) was 6 years old when I bought it out there. Inside the trunk, the wheel wells were so rusted, you could see through to the ground |

We ended up buying a 89RS Camaro 2.8 V6- Pretty good shape overall. needs some help... I think its mostly skunk gas at the moment. it hasnt been tagged since 05. Check engine light is on , havent had time to look at it. were having it towed to the house Fri morning. Then we'll be able to start the painful process of its resurrection. _________________ 88 Camaro IrocZ Convertible 5.0 TPI...

That car has been on craigslist for a while. The owner keeps lowering the price. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

It's crazy what the salt does, I saw a 2 year old Merc with Michigan plates out here the other day with a hole in a rear quarter panel. I assume they've never washed that car in it's life, but still, amazes me. I have a Dodge Dart that was rusted, what I thought was bad, and had to replace the floors in it, and it sat in a field for years on the coast. Less rust than a 5 year old east coast car. _________________ 1986 Camaro Z-28 IROC-Z 350 swap |

Yea its way bad back there, I moved out here from Wisc about 5 years ago. My friend had a 72 Dodge Dart Demon he thought was in perfect condition, till he hit a stick in the road and it bout came through the floor board. |

Dude, old Mopars rust while sitting in museums.
I'm frankly shocked that any Mopar would last that long back east. |
