Well I know I have complained about this before but this is geting ridiculous. Yesterday I did a full detail on the camaro and it ended up taking me a lot longer then I expected so I finished up at around 10pm. So after puting all that effort in and im sure it will be raining in the very near future I decided to go on a little drive with the ttops off and enjoin my nice clean car. Now Im driving down some random back road and I see a shoreline cop, I i didnt think anything of it since i wasnt doing an anything wrong but off course he jumps out and starts to fallow me so I drive about 2 miles down this back round and he hasnt pulled me over so I kept driving and pull in to a Shell station. He stops right in the middle of the road by the entrance I get out my car and he pulls in and parks his cruiser in a space and sits there watching me. So I sit there get on the phone to check my bank account then I go in the gas station and start talking to the lady woking about the dam cop Laughing . She was just laughing and told me to hang out ass long as I wanted so I talk to her for a few minutes then go and put a few bucks in my tank (as slow as possible). Then I clean my windows and this whole time the cop is just siting there staring at me and I was there for over a half hour Shocked . Then I get in my car and pull out and sure enough here he comes to fallow some more so I go down hwy 99 maybe 10 miles ( not even in shoreline at this point) and he is still right behind me. Until I get up to A bunch of cars driving down the road and I am able to get a few cars away and out view so I pulled a sweet smokey and the bandit move and tucked my self behind a simi truck and sure enough he goes flying by thinking I took off up the road after i got pasts the group of cars. So in total he fallowed me for over a hour and and over 10 miles. I think that is just ridiculous because I wasn't doing anything wrong but he was determined to get me for something. and Im getting tired of shoreline cops because every times i have ever gotten pulled over was in shoreline and I but i dont drive around there that much because the on ramp to i-5 is right around the corner from my house. and it is always right after i wash me car and have the t-tops off i get pulled over.

ok so that is my rant Laughing

Happened to me once in Tacoma. It was about midnight and I was getting home from somewhere and pulled my '83 Z28 into this Circle K two blocks from my house to get some gas. As I'm pumping gas I look over and see a Tacoma cop sitting at the intersection starring at me (I had long hair and was wearing my leather biker jacket at the time). He pull into the parking lot and drove by real slow and then drove around behind the building. I knew he was just sitting in the alley waiting for me. I had to drive down that alley to park in the drive way behind my house. Sure enough as I pull into the alley he pulls out after me. As I turn into my drive way he hits his lights, gets out and walks up to my car. As I hand him my license, insurance and registration he asks where I live. "Right here!" I said angrily. He mumbled some BS about my tab being partially obscured, handed my stuff back and drove away. He couldn't even see my back plate until he pulled behind me in the alley! Just another tale of a Thirdgenner getting hassled by The Man! Mad

I've only had this happen once, and the cop was nice enough. still wasted both of our time tho.

i was driving to our local walmart and to top it off my gf's mom was following us in her car. a cop pulled out of some apartments and i made direct eye contact with him, and instantly knew i was getting pulled over.

sure enough, he get's between my car and my gf's mom and hits his lights.

he told me the car was registered to a "mike travino" and his license was revoked. (at this point the car had been in my name for about a year or so. he asked for all my info and let me go. needless to say the conversation with my gf's mom was quite interesting when we met up with her at the store.

on the subject of nice cops i met the nicest one i've met when i was 16 (only had my license for 3 month's) and i broke about 4 traffic law's in 1 turn. and i'm sure everyone knows in Washington that's a loss of license.

me being the big dummy i was, had a friend in the car (1) came around a corner, "drifted" (2), cop that i didn't see came behind me, pitch black road, i thought it was like a ford ranger (just barely made out his headlights) but with how fast he came up on me, i got kinda weird-ed out and sped up (3) and finally after he hit his lights and pulled me over let me know my license plate lights were burnt out (4) after some exchange of words, letting him know we didn't know he was a cop and seeing how shook up we were, he laughed, ran my info, and told me to have someone else drive him home.

before i get flamed as i've seen some lately, YES it was stupid of me to drive like that.

basically for every bad encounter i've had, a decent one has come.

however, camaro's + "dumbass kids" (as Mr. Hammer) puts it. do = ticket's/messed up rides.

Met two cool State Troopers. Both pulled me over for suspicion of drunk driving. Both let me go. One of them could easily have taken me to jail. Shocked

I never have issues with cops...even with me speeding past them...I think it's my awesomeness...

Anywho, on a serious note, if you are followed by a cop and not sure if it is a cop, you can always call 911 to verify.

I got pulled over once at 230 AM on my way to work, I was swerving around alot. But you see I had my coffee cup in one hand (no cup holder in 3gen) I was steering my car that pulls ever so slightly to the right with the other hand, swatting at that f***ing moth that was bouncing off my nose and forehead with the other hand, you keeping count Holding my crispito in the other hand. So yes I was swerving a little. As the cop was walking up to the car I set my coffee down on the center console, set the crispito down on pass. seat and when I rolled the window down that F***ing moth flew out. Mad He asked if I had been drinking, I told him no and explained the whole thing to him, explained the AWOL moth to him. When he returned he told me his partner said that he saw a moth fly out the window, he just handed my stuff back and said have a nice day.

in Calif. you don't have to stop for a cop until you find a well lit, public location even if the cop is in a marked car and in uniform because a college girl was killed, I mean strangled, raped, bound, and thrown off an overpass on I-15 by an on duty CHP

Man, I think I should keep some moths in a little cage on my dashboard at all times. Then if I get lit up just let them out, throw the cage in the backseat, and stop for the cop. Roll down the window and they all fly out in his face.

flea, you're a genius.
