I used to have a bookmark to a public library that posted all automotive technical service manuals free on their library website. Anybody still have that web link?

I use the whatcom county library system. Maybe you can mess around with the link? I went here:

Hey, did you know that web address includes a user name? I got right in without logging in. Is that okay or not?

I didn't log into the system to get it and the link doesn't contain any numbers or personal stuff of mine. I was just dorking around with the webpage and links and found it. Must be a fluke?

I think the library link gives you access to a generic account. You can't log out anywhere so it can't be anything official. It's free to anyone with a library card anyway.
