Looks good, man. I like the heater bypass. Looks like something I would do. Looks like you had your one horsepower backup driver in the background in a couple pics. |

You mean the Model A? Yeah its a bigger project than the 'maro lol. But its comin along . Not.
And just fyi im the kid in the (mostly) white shirt for those of you that don't know. I just put up a couple videos of the first two starts. With open headers |

Oh yeah ive been drivin it for a month or two. The first drive was awesome. Once i got the shifter to work right lol. Halfway out of the driveway it came loose and it wouldnt shift into or out of 3rd lol. But now its so...much...fun!!! lol. Wooohoooo!! But ive been takin it kinda easy so i dont fry the trans lol. Ill get some pics of the finished exhaust and everything else tomorrow hopefully. The trans is leakin, i need a new flexplate, and im sick lol so i cant do too much. But once i figger everything out im gonna take it to the strip and see what itll do. Then i start the improvements muahaha. |

Oh thats so true. I haven't driven the thing in about a month. Got the flexplate bolted to the crank, but figured i might as well get the tranny leaks fixed. The idiot that sold it to me said he rebuilt and put a shift kit in the thing, but now it leaks all over so I pulled it and the guy is comin to fix his screw up tomorrow. Then I'm gonna pull the motor, bolt them together, and drop them in as one piece. Sounds 500 times easier. I'm also in the process of redoing the exhaust. I decided to cut out the piece over the rear axle and dump it early. Shouldn't have to modify it too much, but patchin welds is gonna be my main focus. I hate not driving the thing |
