was driving home last night going threw a small round about in my town and stupid kid in his 240 comes flying in drifting it...he was about to hit me i punched it to avoid him but lost control and scraped the front spoiler on passenger side pretty good...luckily it alrdy needed to be repainted...but pissed me off...guy drove off...anyways so going to be cleaning out my grand parents garage soon to use it to repaint car...my plan hopefully if i can keep motivated is to have it finished before December...im not repainting the hole car just all the ground effects and passenger side quarter panel part of door and a small touch up on driver side...repainting same color...will be first time...got lot of body dmg to fix on passenger side quarter panel...i don't have the equipment or knowledge to replace it so going to st8n it out as best as i can...I might even throw like a November small get together for the club to meet up and mess around with cars...if i do that ill bbq some good food and have some beers...thats my plan for this winter...ill try to get some pictures

You mean his insurance would have bought him an even cheaper 3d gen after they totalled his car and gave him his $1k settlement.

yeah my insurance would of never have given me as much money as ive put into the car nor time and blood...although that could of been an option...but i was thinking when i hit the gas...it was instincts to get the heck out of the way...i did some sanding on new bumper cover and pass side quarter gfx which ive had sitting around for awhile...i think im just ganna do it section by section...paint those two pieces see how it comes out since its first time...then move on to front gfx and pass side rocker...then pass side quarter...etc...my only concern is im not sure how far to sand it down...i know the pass side quarter ganna have to go to metal has some rust...but other stuff not sure...nor sure on what grit my final sand should be etc...im going by advice from a source im not even sure he knows what hes doing...lol...ive been sanding with 220 grit...to get it down...then figuring id finish it with 400...ganna be cleaning out my grandparents garage in a week or two to use for painting...i want to get this done before December...because the toys for tots run is coming up and ive gone to it a couple of times...about 1000 ppl and there cars meet up in federal way then drive to pacific raceway and deliver toys and check out cars...last year was an audi r8, porsche's, new gtr, some classic muscle...like a 69 camaro ss, and a lot of imports...even a few ferrari's if i get car done im hoping to get a bunch of you guys to tag a long ive never seen a third gen at the event be cool to show up as a group...anyways so i got a lot of work ahead of me...anyone know where i can get the bracket that holds the passenger side quarter gfx on...i havnt been able to find the bracket for a 91-92 style body kit...ive check the junkyards here with no luck so far...ganna go again to a diff one this week

bull crap he was a better driver...he about hit me if i didnt hit the gas...now if i was thinking and not going on instincts i would of let him and got his insurance to fix my car...by the way he was attempting to drift i never said he drifted...to be honest you cant really drift that round about its way to small to get a car sideways...maybe a little tiny hatch but those mainly are fwd...an mr2 maybe...i prolly would of been fine if the ground wasn't wet from it raining earlier that night...but bald tireds and a wet surface dont mix to well

How does somebody in a round about almost hit you? Everybody goes the same direction. Was he incoming and not yield to you?

its a very small round about...speed limit on that road is only 25 cuz its a school zone all the time...he was going about 70-80 miles an hour and prolly slowed to about 50 for the round about...he didnt go all the way threw....there are 3 roads coming in to roundabout...once he noticed i was there he turned off on to one of the roads before he hit me...if he didnt turn and i didnt step on gas he would of plowed into the back of me
