yeah, one of the previous owners had a car cover over it and it caused the paint to bubble

I got a red RS but it doesn't look that good. It's got the clear coat flaking off.

Any idea on who restored the Chevy? They put quite a bit into the woodwork. What are your Dad's plans for it?

umm it has had many owners, idk who restored it, but my dad just wants to get it painted and use it as a sunday driver, and maybe take it to some chevy shows
