Both of my cars have the same issue. At some point in there lifesthe drivers side door mirrors had the glass removed by pulling straight out. I cannot get the little pot metal cross on the back of the glass reciever to seat into the the little white plastic female cross reciever attached to the electric screw motor that adjusts them. It drives me nuts becuase I cannot adjust the mirrors, which leads to not using them becuase they gradually angle down while driving.

Anyone know how to fix this without using epoxy?
