ran scan on my 1988 formula a code 34 comes up changed maf sensor problem is still there could i have a short in one of my wires going to my maf any good shops in vancouver to take this car |

Did you reset the ecm and see if the code comes back. Discoenct the battery for 30 seconds _________________ kurfbird

disconected the battery code still comes up changed maf sensor same prob car had 2 wires that were soldered together years ago on maf car runs fine for the first 3 starts then the light turns on again |

Verify the wires are good and soldered together in the right order.
Then replace the MAF power and burnoff relays. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

One is the burn off, one is the maf power, one is fuel pump, sometimes there is a 4th one depending on year.
Fuel pump should be one with a green wire/white stripe. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |
