wtf thats the stupidest thing iv ever heard how the hell are you going to try to sue the people your dumb ass friend crashed into. the driver of the mustang was the one breaking the law and if he didnt this never would have happened so he should be responsible for all bill and everything.

Well anybody can sue anyone for anything. I can sue dewey cause I don't like his avatar. The real test of the system is in whether or not the case goes anywhere. I hope it doesn't, it shouldn't. the driver of the mustang got the citation, the driver of the minivan didn't. the cops said she was doing nothing wrong, so mustang boy's lawyer has a tough row to hoe in this one. Too bad its in MA i'd like to follow this one but will likely never hear how it turns out. I don't know MA rules of the road real well, but I'd venture to guess that she had the right of way in her lane even if the lane had a broken yellow line.

Sigh, the driver of the Mustang should be awarded the " Darwin" award without compensation to his family. His lawyer should recieve a second place trophy via public stoning.
