I know it's not the prettiest thing but it's better than a lot of the purchased ones like what was on my LT1 car. It doesn't hang down but an inch lower than the cross member. It's still too low for me. I drove the car into town with open headers. Talk about loud! Jeez. And 4.11's behind a TH400 is way too high for hwy use.

So what do you guys think? I tried to do dual 3's but there just isn't enough room with the headers I have. Then I tried to get the passenger side to blend easily into the wye so there is a little 45* leading into it. And I got the o2 bung mounted so the sensor doesn't hit anything and the stock wires route easily to it without getting close to the pipes. So what do you think?

Looks really good. A lot like mine. Laughing

Any way you can radius that corner more so it's not so much of a 90*?

Eh leave it. It looks just like that one header tube he made. If everything isn't going to have a smooth transition, why bother?

It's the best I can do without spending $600 on headers or doing custom subframes to allow for more room. I don't see how this is any worst that a stock wye pipe with a tee on the passenger side. Mine just has 2 90* elbows instead of one. I'll take a better picture of the clearance when I put it in the garage tonight. It scrapes on everything because the oil pan doesnt have the provisions for the exhaust to route between it and the crossmember. At least it has an exhaust now. It's almost tolerable to drive now.
