I got promoted to PIC at my store! Now I get a chance to shine and get myself into a store manager spot down the road. Doesn't have anything to do with cars, but I had to tell you guys since I am quite excited. |

Yes, yes I do. I saw a genuine 1990 IROC-Z for sale last week with T-tops and a smooth-running 305 in it for only $900, but I couldn't scrounge up the loot on short notice and it sold quick. It had been in a frontal bang-up, and somebody put a front clip from an 83 or 84 on it so it looked like ass, but I coulda fixed that. Oh well, maybe I'll get the next one. |

Congrats Kelly! That is great news. Don't worry, management ain't so bad, 'specially after the labotomy. You will be assimilated!
Good job man.

I was already on Journeyman pay, so it will be the same pay (the big S is cheap). It's a short couple steps to better-paying jobs now though. I had to do this job so I could become a "Head Clerk," progress into the RLD (mgmt. training) program and become an assistant manager. I'm hoping to have my own store within 3 years, which is pretty fast in this company. |

Hmmm, PSM does not mean "point of sale manager". It means "personal slave to THE manager" |
