Ive installed that exact door setup before. They must have taken the strut off the door on that 2nd showing. The doors always want to flip up with a good strut.
Also make sure you position the strut right, they like to snap the heads off _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

Don't you think it's kind of stupid that the door opens normally first end then go though an extra unnecessary motion to lift up? |

I thought it was kinda cool! Looks stock, but does something extra. AND can open normally.
Gotta be some impressive design and hardware to get our heave doors to do that! _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |
