took a while to decide / find a reason to spend $2000 but i just ended up forking it out and going 17" torque thrust ll's with 275/40/R17 fronts, and 275/40/R17 E.T. Street Radials on the rear.
and i did the headers, and 3.5" exhaust, no cat's, and got the thing running right. _________________ 1992 Camaro 1LE Z28 |

Saw it at the track Friday and Wednesday. Ran really good! Looked pretty strait too. Some new paint will definitely make it's looker. _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

for sure!
i'm gonna let my dad run the car at PIR this season in sportsman. it ran 13.80 the first time out, and 8.80 in the 1/8th.
not too bad for a stock car with a converter and headers. _________________ 1992 Camaro 1LE Z28 |

that motor is bone stock, headers, no cats, 3" exhaust, and an air foil. it had nitrous on it, but the line was cracked, and the full throttle switch broke, so i just pulled the whole kit off.
but yeah the motor is litterally bone stock.
the converter did alot! 1.81 in the 60' !!!!!! but it only runs 13.80 at 95 mph. _________________ 1992 Camaro 1LE Z28 |

Didn't catch you were on drag radials. Might account for some of it. I suppose it's possible.
Didn't realize you were on nitrous. Or were you? Never seen a converter take off half a second on a stock motor either.
Unless you're the original owner, hard to know what's been done to the insides. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

no, i never ran it on the bottle. but you can tell the motor has never been out of the car, and i know the guy whom bought it from the police auction.
and it's a 2500 stall converter. _________________ 1992 Camaro 1LE Z28 |
