After putting down a 16:1 A/F ratio on the dyno, and burning a little coolant, I confirmed my intake gasket was leaking...
So I through on a new gasket and painted the manifold.

Glad to hear it was an easy fix.

Painted the manifold? Just looks like you and cleaned it up real good. Nice work man.

Not to be nit-picky, but that's a pretty hard kink that PCV line has.

Of course mine is piggybacked on my brake booster hose Laughing

Chris doesn't know what original is. I'll bet he doesn't have a single stock part left under the hood. Laughing

Hmm this makes me wonder...
If you could build the ultimate third gen, using only third gen parts, what would it be?

It was just packaged as a pontiac. It was a Corvette ZF-6 transmission, a Chevy 350, a Dana-44 rear-end, and SLP speed parts. Not much of it was actualy a pontiac. That is why need to put all that stuff in a Camaro.

Nice job Derek. I'm assuming it drives way better now too? PCV line is perfect.

It is definetly running better. It pulls harder jumping on the freeway, and leaves a better screetch from a stop...
Wish I could run it on the dyno now! lol

It's looked like that ever since I bought the car, I been waiting for the freagin' thing to go out, you know the time I pull it off to paint it, the bearings will go or something...
