After putting down a 16:1 A/F ratio on the dyno, and burning a little coolant, I confirmed my intake gasket was leaking...
So I through on a new gasket and painted the manifold. _________________

Glad to hear it was an easy fix.
Painted the manifold? Just looks like you and cleaned it up real good. Nice work man.
Not to be nit-picky, but that's a pretty hard kink that PCV line has.
Of course mine is piggybacked on my brake booster hose _________________

Chris doesn't know what original is. I'll bet he doesn't have a single stock part left under the hood. |

Hmm this makes me wonder...
If you could build the ultimate third gen, using only third gen parts, what would it be? |

It was just packaged as a pontiac. It was a Corvette ZF-6 transmission, a Chevy 350, a Dana-44 rear-end, and SLP speed parts. Not much of it was actualy a pontiac. That is why need to put all that stuff in a Camaro. |

Nice job Derek. I'm assuming it drives way better now too? PCV line is perfect. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

It is definetly running better. It pulls harder jumping on the freeway, and leaves a better screetch from a stop...
Wish I could run it on the dyno now! lol |

It's looked like that ever since I bought the car, I been waiting for the freagin' thing to go out, you know the time I pull it off to paint it, the bearings will go or something... |
