I just about log on to my internet every night. Researching for useful data. During the amest of my online experience, i lose track and end up clicking away on a porn site. actually when i think about it. i always end up on those sites. and then feel tired and withdrawn.

Help! what can i do? i fell i shouldn't prevent this. but i always get sided track.

It seems you have discovered the whole purpose of the internet. What a magical place it is, one minute you can be reading useful information about how to prevent rust from forming on your trombone, the next minute, you can stream a video of a rusty, er nevermind.

The point is, the whole purpose of the interweb is exchange of certain forms of media, if you get my drift. (Let me just interject, that I am I bet Tipper Gore is more than a little upset about what her husbands grand creation has become.) With the proliferation of these materials, you can't avoid the occasional bi-hourly purely accidental drift onto these sites. What you need to do, thought is prioritise and schedule. (See my advice on scheduling here) You need to time this, so that when you "accidently" click on one of those links, you do so at a time when you can take a nice nap afterwards.

Now, its not like a single guy such as myself, has much experience with browsing internet sites with such material on them. But, I can only assume that if you are winding up these types of sites, you are likely one of the more, well married, members of our little word. Just remeber, clearing your cookies, and cache is your friend. Its hard to pay all those $19.99/mnth access fee's when a good chunk of the old pay check is going to pay some other guys porsche, so he can drive your kids around.
