Yikes.
I am wondering though, they say he should not have crossed. But that looks like a LONG walk, and I really honestly believe the little hand went red on him while he was walking, it has happend to me before.
Maybe now they will realize you need more then .5 seconds to cross a 100 foot road. _________________

That was cool.
Look at the bright side, pedestrians are worth like 50 points.
100 if you hit them with your roof. |

| I want to know why this camera started filming WAY before the person was about to run the red light. Looks like more of a hoax now that I think about it. |

Snopes puts alot of research into things to determine if it is true, Usually if they claim it is true, it is true.
the explanation explains why it filmed it. |

The crash was captured by one of the automated red-light enforcement cameras installed at a dozen intersections around Dayton to help reduce crashes caused by drivers running red lights. Each camera records 12-second motion videos used to issue citations to offending motorists.
What I'm saying is that was recording far before it should have been triggered. |

| NO, i assume it is triggered by the red light. It says the pedestrian was crossing agains the light, so once it went red in the direction of the car PT, it started filming. |

Ahh so it starts filming at every red light.... I was under the impression they only clicked on after someone crossed the crosswalk on a red light.
Gotcha |
