that one of these nights down at PIR we need to have as many F-bodys as possible show up. idk what works best for everybody else wednesday nights, friday nights, and saturdays nights. i'm down there all the time, and skyler works at the track. then we could head down to my shop or something after words for burnouts bbq and beer or somethin afterwords. i have a big parking lot and a blocked off street for smokeshows. who's in?

Sounds like fun. BTW, how big of a parking lot? Big enough for say an auto cross? Very Happy

If its a wed. I can go, probably can't make the weekends. But I am sure that weekend nights work best for most people.

yeah wednesday nights PIR has the car show, and bracket racing.

and the paking lot is big enough for as many people want to shw up, but autocross would be fun but not big enough. but it is on a dead end street that is pretty wide, i'm sure we could setup some cones there. plus we could open up our gates at the bottom of the loading dock to make a wider street? and if anyone breaks at the track, we have pretty of shop to fix it.

This sounds like a good idea, I'm definitely interested. Wednesday nights aren't the best days for a test and tune as we have ET bracket racing going on and it's 1/8 mile only due to time restraints. Registered racers racing for points and in S/M, PRO, or S/P have priority over Time only runs. Meaning they will get more passes. Although the Beaches Cruisin' makes a Wednesday much more worth it, plus we could enter our cars for judging too.
http://www.beachesrestaurantandbar.com/cruisin.htm

I don't know how far in advance we are planning here but next Week, July 22-27 is Northwest Speed Week and we'll be having the Mazda Grand Prix which will have Star Mazda (think rotary engined F1 cars), Playboy Mazda MX-5 Cup, VW Jetta TDi Cup, Formula Drift, Time Attack, Late Night Drags, Spec Miata and Motocross as well as the Oregon Brew Festival for all you beer lovers out there. http://www.mazdagrandprix.com/index.php

If we're looking a little further out then we are also hosting the NHRA National Drags August 23-24th. Expect nearly 400 racers and look for some 7 second rides on that day. Of the 10 classes we will run at the event, five classes are typical to our regular Wednesday ET program: Jr. Dragster, Sportsman, Pro ET, Super Pro and Motorcycle. The other five are classes we don't normally run: Super Street, Super Gas, Super Comp, Stock/Super Stock and Top Comp.

I'm down for any of them and whichever we do I'll try and get off a little early.
