... is how is my t56 in my 4th gen gonna go on and take a crap out on me before my t5 in an 85 3rd gen ever has... not to mention the t5 would still be going if it had a motor behind it..oh and the t5 has only about 70k more miles on it.. yet its the good tranny. stupid 4th gen and stupid t56.. anyone know where to get t56 rebuilt and or buy a rebuilt one? i think i already got a deal but im not sure if its gonna go through or not thought i should ask around first thanks guys

Wierd.
Rebuild kits arent too spendy for T56s.. thats the route I would go if I were you.

yeah took it in today just to have someone look at it.. it was free.. they say it needs a whole rebuild they want like 2100 for it.. where can i get a rebuild kit for it??? and i would need someone to help or whats the internals on those look like? im really pissed and dont have 2100 and 2100 could freakin make me a nice start engine on my other car... im kinda mad but you know it comes with high mileage cars my fault for buyin it
