so my job requires me to travel alot, i'm in a hotel room right now, just finished watching "1408"... scary as hell... made more so by the slight buzz i have had while watching, and the fact that i am watching while in a hotel room.... Shocked rent this movie.

Whatever you do, don't get the directors cut!
I guess it has a different ending and is really lame, I'm mad I waited 2 months for it to become available on my netflix que.

I never saw the theatric version, how does it end?

the version I saw, just seemed to go on and on.

I forget exactly how it ended in the theatre. Something about him being back with his wife and then I remember wondering something like... is he still in the room... or....


Yeah something like that. I heard the directors cut had both if not multiple endings?
