There will be a local drift event at Monroe Evergreen Speedway this upcoming friday. Tech at 330-5pm, on course 6-10pm. I'll be there for sure if you want to come watch me try to wreck my car again! Lol. Last time the imports were owned by a Mustang! Its fun to watch, just thought I'd let everyone know.

does anyone in the seattle area want to go to this with me??? I'd love to go check it out and show the support for a fellow third genner but I don't want to sit in the stands like a loner. sounds like a fun time

If you show up before 5 I can let you do ride alongs. I think its $20 and bring a helmet. Then you can sit in the pit and look at the cars inbetween heats.

for all to see. I had some decent runs. I only got through the track a couple times without spining out. It was really fun though. I got props from more than a couple of guys cause

1. its a camaro
2. its a V6
3. its an automatic!

I don't think anyone else was an automatic, and I was the only domestic! i even sported the el camaro look by taking off the rear hatch! Good times, GREAT RACE FORMAT, and good fun. Definetly doing it again!
