My camaro is legal once again. I've been trying to pass emissions, but there was no way it would pass. I realized that Pullman doesn't have emissions laws, so i registered the car to my address there. No more emissions ever again!

That's the way most get around it. I live in Kitsap County which has no emissions laws, but I try to keep mine as legal as possible anyhow Smile but that's just me.
