Nothing really serious with the Camaro. Did bottom out a couple times, though. Other cars, different story. Took out a fence post in my Mom's car, and a couple other minor things.
Sorry to hear about your wreck, was it bad? Anyone hurt? |

Ouch!
How bad is the damage Dan?
The only thing I ever ran into was the back of my garage wall at less than 5mph.
*EDIT*
And a giant rock I tried to strattle sitting in the middle of the road on the gorge highway. _________________

Raccoons. I have killed at least 8. One night there was a group of them around a blind corner, about 5 of them, in a straight line like a mother nature made furry speed bump. Or at least, thats what 3 of them became. I wasn't about to slam on it with that kind of angle.
Visual recreation of event:

Raccoons after seeing me-->

I really hope your car is ok man, glad you made it through. Most important. _________________

It's not too bad. Was the damn canvas canopy with the top bows that flew off and stuck itself into my grille, screwed up the license plate, shattered my fog light, broke some plastic in the grille, and of course screwed up the paint even more on my lower valance.
I'm now looking for some really high power fog lights to replace then with. Paul had some bright ones.........what are you running for fog lights Paul? |

I'm with ya, I hit a boat on a trailer with a '79 Olds Omega (similar to same year Nova). During rush hour traffic in Newport News, VA, I took my foot off the brake and the car idled forward and hit the screw on the boat. Only damage was to the car - broke the fiberglass nose and buckled the hood, and this was at 2-3 mph. _________________ 92 Camaro

Feel bad about it, but I took out a beagle with the 85 I saw him walking along the sidewalk and the next thing i know, he bolts out in front of me (hard to imagine a beagle bolting anywhere, but he did) Really didn't have time to stop for him as I had a tailgater on me, but I did go back to confirm that he was dead. A couple of people were nice enough to pull him out of the road. No damage to the car (if it were the 98, I'm sure there would have been)
My final ruling: Suicide By Camaro

i hit some ducks on the way to cows last year, sadest thing ever. they were waddling across the road all cute like, unfortunatly with the sun glare all i had time do do was mash the brakes in futility. i hit the mother, missed atleast one of the ducklings, i saw it on the side of the road running in my mirror. i'd like to think he/she went on to lead a good life and cure duckie cancer or somthing.
and i have tapped a few cars in parking lots in my youth, including backing into a car in a drivethrough . never caused any damage to anyones car. _________________ 86' firebird (Junked in 2015). 88' GTA (sold in 2020).

i plowed through a whole flock of crows once, it was pretty cool. they were on the road eating a hamburger and didn't see me coming. I had them bouncing off the windshield. i was in shock that they didn't fly away

Ok.....this finally went to small claims court today and I won
Got $513 plus court costs. He has six weeks to pay me, otherwise a judgement is entered and I clean out his bank account for the five bills plus, or take 40% of his wages until it's paid off
The guy that I sued walked in early and started reading a book. The judge told him, "show some respect to the court and put your book away". It kinda went down hill from there for him.
This was very satisfying for me. Can you tell |

I almost hit a crow on the way to the dyno day, it didn't want to move. I think they are getting lazy now. _________________ Thirdgenless |
