The latest mods going into the GTA; triple guage pillar, autometer carbon fiber fuel pressure / nitrous pressure and an innovate wide band controller/guage.

Paul came over and we worked on the install and wiring. I still have to get the sending units hooked up and finalize the wiring for power and lights. The wide band will be connected to a Holley Commander 950 when it finally gets here.

The pics aren't very good but here is some of the fun...

The autometer carbon fiber guages are the only ones that I thought fit with the trans am dash and yes, the 'plan' is to have the commander in by the dyno.

The innovate wide band guage is pretty cool. You can program each of the lights around the outer edge to be whatever color you want.

wires wires wires everywhere Exclamation

Hehe the wiring was cake.

Since these gauges are pretty much all brains, the wires that do come out are mostly plug/play. Didn't take very long to do really. It's always nice to have done it once before Cool

Guess I should order my last few gauges and finish up that project lol.

The wiring on my dash was a considerably bigger nightmare!

You should do those guage bezel trim rings to match up the carbon fiber ultralites and the stock guages.

The ones that go around the factory dash guages? I saw someone on TGO doing that but wasn't sure how good that would look.

I found bnoon's post where he was selling them. Those looked real nice. Unfortunately I also saw your post about him selling the last set.

I emailed him but I doubt that he has anymore. Have you found any others out there Ian?

Just an opinion Mike, but that doesn't look like it will 'fit' the Sled.

Just something too 70's about them. Shrug

Thanks for the opinion Rod.

What about the aluminum bezels on the pillar guages? I probably would have gone black but the carbon fiber only comes with the aluminum and I didn't think that it stood out too much. I do have a minor aluminum accent on the cd player.
