So we want to swap out the front and side GFX on our 88 vert, to the 91/92 stuff.

What do we need?
Lower door squirts and front chin spoiler only???

About how much is that going to cost?

Oh ya, I talked with Craig Moats yesterday, and it looks like my problems had to do with a bad Bin file I have been using,
Started all over with fresh bin, and it wasn't popping and ran ok.
So we can start all over again.
Two weeks of fighting this, I sure hope that was it. We will see..

Thanks
Scott

all you need is the lower airdam for the front, but you will need the whole package for under the doors, this includes both the sideskirt and the door insert.
Also you might want to look into getting a new rear bumper and the GFX pieces that go behind the rear wheel because they all flow together. if not it won't look right to have the front and sides all swoopey and flowey and have a square blocky rear end. just my .02

good luck with the swap! i can't say enough how much i loved this swap on my car. night and day difference.

Where did you find those Gfx???
Looks good.

I don't think we will be able to drive the car to the dyno.
I don't trust it yet. Now it’s nasty and snowing again, so there may not be any time to put some miles on her.
I guess I will have to find out how much a flat bed is going to cost to rent.

You'll have plenty of time!

Once you get it close, go for a long drive around town close to home. Many many many miles. Then you'll know.

as far as GFX go, I bought mine from an old crew member for a song cuz he needed to clear out his garage. but if oyu try to buy them new they are ridiculously expensive. if you buy them off ebay, they are still expensive, but if you travel around and piece it together off junk yard cars it is much less expensive.

these are a few guesses i'm making about actual price, its been about a year since i was on the market for them. remember that they were only made for 2 years so they are somewhat rare and they are high demand products.
my economics class told me that this means they are pricey. Cool

new, each piece tends to run about $100, so like ~$600.
ebay the front airdam is like $120, sideskirts are about $100, and rear is about $100.

Scott,

i have a 91-92 GFX piece for the nose. its kind of an aquamarine color. It seems to be in good shape, you can have it for $20 its just been sitting in the garage for about 10 months....I can bring it to dyno, if you're there.

Is this the only piece that I need for the very front ???
