so i have the "forum index" in my favorites bar. i just click and skip the mqin page. whenever i do that in firefox it tries to download "index.php"... however, if i type the main page address into the adress bar and hit enter, then click on "forums" i can get here.

i know chris was experiancing the same issue over the last few days as well.

has anyone else experianced this?

Try to clear you cache. or reset your favorite link.

Was happening to me on the work computer using IE yesterday and first thing this morning. Seems to be fine now.

No problems with Safari Wink

actualy, due to a spyware infection, i have cleaned out EVERYTHING in the last day or two (finnaly got the little bugger too). i will try resetting the favorites

it seems to work for me..........but john peaked my intrest. How do I clean out my catche? Is it the same as deleting cookies?

Pretty much, yeah.

Anyway, I had the problem with the index thing to. Server probably had some problem, or somebody broke something.

Sounds like a missing AddType.

stoppeddoing it. i did not reset the favorite. it just works now. Confused
