Is it a factory '88 Turbo? It could be a turbo'd car (or maybe even not turbo) with TTA badging (the badges can still be bought).

Hmm, maybe I'll put TTA badges on my '89 and then market it as a non-GTA TTA w/ black wheels. Yeah, that's it.

it is one of five 88 test mules for the TTA parts. this one still has all the scribles on it from the PAS engineers. he laso has a black one that was the car submitted to the government for emmissions testing, he also has the ONLY 1989 nothcback car (one of one. literaly) and the ONLY ASC converted TTA convertable. (converted AFTER it left PAS by one of the PAS engineers, it was his personal ride. NOT a factory convertable.)
