well i was just informed my 84 transam has been pretty much destroyed interior wise,it apears an animal decided to make my damn car its home for the winter,im not quite sure of the extent of the damage,or if the interior can be repaired, but the bodys solid and rust free,5spd car,and has functional 4th gen t/a dash with 150 cluster.

3.73 posi rear

pics can be seen here,as well as various other parts of the site.

would like to get some $$ for it,but not asking much at all.

thinking in the ballpark of 250 or so,but open to offers...and you would have to pick it up in scio oregon at my parents house before they are totally moved out,in around 2-3 weeks. any questions email me or something.

Do you know/Can you find out how messed up the dash is? For some reason I can't see those pictures. If it's not too bad I'd definately be interested.

Since I just saw this car last Friday, and tried moving it I can say that the interior isn't trashed; as in torn up. It just smells like some animal used it as it's private 'outhouse' numerous times. Here is a picture I took while down there.

No engine, no trans. exhaust and driveshaft hanging on the ground. Mark, could you explain to me why the left rear tire had one lugnut in place and it was loose? Your mom and I tried towing it to the neighbors house after killing what we thought was all the bee's when we stopped and noticed that tire at an odd angle.

well charlie if you remember when i lost my lease,it was a huge hurry to get the car home, plus i gave joe the gold wheels for the 84 he bought off me. i didnt care, not like its moved.

and as to the earlier question, charlie pretty much stated it,i have NOT seen the car in over a year and a half.

interior was mint when i left it,97 t/a dash, console, doorpanels and seats. car only has 71k miles on it,and the interior was perfect, carpet needed a slight shampoo though. body only has one dent in the pass fender

Was mint? What condition is it now? Trashed and stinky or usuable and dirty?

i honestly could not tell you the condition of the car,in fact that picture that charlie{vegaguy} posted,is the first time i have seen the car in over a year and a half.

i really could not tell you what the condition is,what ive been told is,some animal just decided to make my damn car its bathroom for the winter, nothings aparently chewed up or torn to hell, just animal crap, piss everywhere {shrug}.

i have no idea if just a complete teardown of the interior and GOOD shampoo would solve the problem or not,all i know is if i dont get at least 200 for it,im having it crushed. and if anybodys interested, speak up quick, the cars getting destroyed on the 10th or 11th

btw my parents do have the title in hand{in my name} they can give you the title and bill of sale.

so let me get this straight. The pictures You (Mark) posted are not the car? Damn good thing charlie posted a true picture. No engine no transmission pissed on interior, paint looks like it is trashed now, the rims in the pictures mark posted are no longer on the vehicle? I would've bought it just for the rims. To bad. Car only has 71K miles on it? I bet the body has more then that. Good luck getting rid of it. Hope it enjoys the crusher.

If there was some way you could conform that the dash is still usuable then I'd take it off your hands. You seem more motivated to crush it then sell it.

first of all johnyiroc, shut the hell up,if your not interested dont post.

and t he pics i posted in my webshots ARE pics of the same car charlie posted. as i said,i havent seen the car in over a year,so the condition has deteriorated.

as for it having only 71k on it,charlie can attest to that,i am the second registered owner to the car.

iansane,i spoke with my parents the dash is still in great shape, with a good shampoo the 4th gen t/a buckets might be good, might be hard to get rid of the smell,i dont know. but i have confirmed the dash is fine,as is the center console. if you want it great,if not just let me know through PM,im not taking any other interest in it,so if ian doesnt want it,its getting crushed.
