God I hate that smell!! I'd searched the usual places, then figured it has to be in the heater system. Well I've found 2 nests so far.
One was in the squirrel cage/ac evaporator. Other was in the drivers corner under the dash cover. Grossest thing, there was a snake skin there too. Can you imagine having a snake fall on your feet while driving??
Think I'll remove the headliner while i'm at it. Just to see what might be up top. Then shampoo the carpet. |

Oh and a more positive thing. Installed a more modern keyless entry/alarm system as well. Much nicer keyfobs then the old viper system. The old alarm had started playing at low volume while driving! lol |
