Alright guys I can't stand to see this just sitting around the garage and not being rowed.

LS1 version T56 from '98-'02 if memory serves right.

6th is the 0.50 Over Drive.
3/4 Steel Shift Fork
Bronze Shift Pads
Synchros replaced when above parts were installed. Main and Counter shafts shimmed to Tremec spec.

Pro 5.0 Shifter
Vss, lockout, reverse switch all included.
Strange Engineering Driveshaft. Chromoly measures 39 1/8" U-joint center to center. It fit my '87 IROC with Ford 9" diff. 1350 Yoke/U-joints.

Start the bidding at $1500 crew price.

Prefer not to ship, so I'll start locally first. Willing to meet half way for cash buyer. So Canadian/Portland guys don't be shy.

I'm interested. I've been shopping for a while, but not very actively. I don't need a drive shaft, I have one to shorten and change the yoke (neither yours nor mine will fit my current differential).

$1500 seems a fair price as Ive been looking at twice that for new. I have most of the funds available, but might be tough coming up with the rest.

Im interested also for sure. If Al doesnt end up getting it, Ill be next in line, seemed like it worked really well in your IROC.

It did work great in the iroc. Best part is, if you have a T5 already, you retain all 3rd gen clutch stuff. You'll need the McLeod adapter plate, and stepped pilot bushing, cross member obviously and driveline shortened.

No bellhousing change, no super expensive lt1 clutch setup, etc. It's pretty sweet.

I have Paul's adapter plate already, just need crossmember and pilot bushing, then get driveline shortened and correct yoke attached. I may have to take it to Dan to convert the speedo output to cable, I'd rather go that way than spend more money on instrument panel.

I think I can afford to draw $1000-$1200 from savings, getting the rest might be difficult at a direct deposit rate of $200/month.

Me: "oh the perfect transmission for sale"
Coworker Blake: "Buy it, Buy It, BUY IT"
Me: "I don't have 1,500"
Coworker Denise: "Do you have anything you can sell?"
Me: "Well, my car..." Sad
