| No. But if I could get that much for it, I would take it in a heartbeat. I could buy two more with the money. Anyways, I through it out there, I noticed a guy in Toppenish trying to get 7 for his with same paint job, but uncompleted interior. Was worth a shot |

Some people think our cars are the new classics. They see rusted out '69 Z28 shells going for thousands and think they have the same level of desirability in their '80s rustbucket with a chopped harness, carbed 305 and half-dead 700R4.
Truly nice, original, low-mileage thirdgens are just now starting to command some respect as classic cars, along with the most well-done modified cars. These are the ones worth a premium, not Joe Redneck's "muscle car" with no interior and rattle-can primer for the last 10 years.
jchaussee, I commend your efforts. I've considered the same methods a few times, since if people are trying to sell their thirdgens for that much money there must be someone buying? _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

I've contemplated putting mine up on occasion to see if I'd get any bites. Although I'd put some astronomical number down. _________________

All I know is that there is absolutely no market for Ford Taurus station wagons. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6
