Sticks and I were passing through Snohomish on a quest for a Allison spin on filter for my truck and stopped by Ellis's shop. My bro wanted me to see his shortblock. While we there Ellis said " go talk to the guy in the lot with the 2002 T/A, the LS1 and 4L60E will be going up for sale next week". The guy picked up the car a couple of weeks ago with about 150K on the odometer. He said the engine doesnt smoke and the tranny shifts alot harder than a stocker. He wants about 2500.00 for the combo. Not sure whats going back into the clean roller but 2500.00 would be a decent deal for engine, accessories and transmission.
There was a teel colored 89 - 91 RS camaro in the shop that was having a LS1/ 4L60E transplant done to it. Ther engine was in place and it had Hawk headers installed.
The liscense plate was " baddrs". Does this belong to anyone here? |

| Forgot to mention the LS engine in the teal RS was a 39? stroker. The car had a v6 when it came into the shop. |
