Just curious as to what people are running around here, Im gettin ancy at work and thinkin of cashing in on my employee discount in a few weeks, probably get a new deck and a 5 channel amp with some alpine shallow type r's and we're gonna glass a box for the well in my car for "educational purposes" lol i was thinking of making the box sit a few inches below the t top latches so i can still take them off, the back seat thing is cool and all but im always afraid theyl break when i go over a bump and they bang around lol the only thing ive got going for me with my current setup are the speakers, theyre polks but without and amp theyve only got so much til distortion kicks in lol
so again just throw up what youve got in yours so i can get a few ideas to toy around with

This is in my 92. I discussed this with you at your work - brought the 89.
It's a custom fiberglass and MDF box to house a single 12" Memphis MOJO. With the required air space, it uses about 2/3 of the well, I have it offset to the driver side. The amp is 5 channel, the Memphis Big Belle which has been renamed the Hybrid.

I bought a sony headunit ten years ago and I currently have my factory paper dash speakers hooked to it. And that's it. _________________

for now i think im just gonna buy al's old box and use that for a while, i like it except for the elimination of my t-top latches lol maybe i can whip something up at work, im also going to build new door panels for mine and make an angled 6.5" spot, i dont know why but my 4x6's are acting purely as tweeters it kinda sucks lol 90% of my audio is coming from my 6x9's _________________ If you expect a kick to the balls and get a slap to the face its still a victory

| You might still be able to use the hardware to secure your T-tops. I didn't have the hardware in my car when that box was in it, but the length of the stock straps might allow them to be secured over the box. T-tops are why the grilles are on the subs. |

Pioneer touch screen.
Forget what speakers in the dash, but they have been replaced.
Stock rears.
My car weights enough as is, dont need to add more cause I'm not going to here it. |
