				| Rib injuries are no joke, very painful. I have first hand experience, I fractured a couple a few years back in a bicycle accident. Take it easy and try not to laugh too hard _________________

				| yea I was climbing out of a boat I was working on at the shop and stepped off of the rear onto the ladder (very large flybridge model bayliner) and took about one step down and then the foot slipped to the inside edge of the ladder and went over backwards onto the concrete below. Messed up the ribs and right hip as well as a big goose egg on the head. It was a pretty long ways down, enough time for me to think about it on the way lol Next day everything from head to toe and was stiffer then you know what and hurt like hell. Managed to get to work today but lighter duty for a bit.

That sucks that you puked the radiator was it during a run or at the end of the day?
