My 2.8 developed a problem where it would die at stop lights. Turned out to be a dirty IAC and idle passages in the TB. Easy fix. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

It's amazing to me that he misspelled periodically as patriotically... and spelled the wrong word correctly.

Oddly enough, he did not misspell any words, despite having obviously horrible English. My guess would be that he had a spellchecker, but no idea how to use it. |

I use the spell check all the time. Amazing how many red squigglies I get. Sometimes I feel there should be a grammar check - this ad is one of them, though I think it would fail to catch words in the wrong context. _________________ 92 Camaro

Hells yeah. After you got your stuff I was gonna go down to Tumwater with John for some fuel lines, but I;m sure he can figure that out himself. After all, he figured out which intake plenum to use, and which side to put the gaskets on.
BTW, Chris, I have your fuel pressure gauge I was supposed to give you at dyno. |

| This could be alot of fun with the right engine swap. But, I bet you will never be able to find a replacement for the bad " idle rod". I cant even find this on either of my cars, it must be a rare option? |

| First you have to "not be a mechanic" then you have to have "people" look at your car, then you smoke a bunch of crack... and voila! Idle rod! |

I got no problem driving up to lynnwood if you'll buy me lunch or kick me some $$ for gas.

Dude sold it.
We can still drive to Lynnwood and run a hose into Ian's open top while the sun is out. That should be fun. |

I totally would have picked you up on my way up north and all three of us could have had a good laugh at poor ian's expense. _________________

Dude, it's commonplace for me to have soaked seats and damp upholstery. I doubt I would've even noticed. It's not like the car retains water, they are too many holes and huge bodygaps.
I'm going to switch your burger with a veggie burger next time I see you. |
