Any of you younger guys ready to move out of Mom's house? Very Happy
My roommate Geoff and i lost our third roommate last month, and are looking to take on an additional roommate to cut costs.

room is 11X12. you would share a bathroom with me, and share the rest of the house with both of us. you would have access to a laundry room and kitchen, and our giant ass TV (Forza3 anyone?). you would also get a parking space in the driveway.

rent would be aproximatly 430ish with utilities included. PM me if interested. i would really prefer to take on a roommate that i at least knew a little about, a crewbie would be a plus.

Is housing really expensive back there? $430 x 3 is more than my mortgage payment in Peoria, including taxes and insurance, and I have a pretty nice house.

I'm actually kind of curious because if I move back west I am interested in Hillsboro. Beautiful area and not far from the coast for weekend fun.

Yes. You midwest and southerners have no freakin' idea.

I currently pay $450 for a room. I'm moving into a new place where I will pay $400 for a room and a single car garage. Very Happy Both places include utils.

I paid $850 to rent a house in Tacoma two years ago. Now I pay over $1000 for an apartment in Renton. Sad
